Bariloche

Barilochellaollao Bariloche is a lot more than a breathtaking beautifull city. Located at the bottom of the Andes, Bariloche is like a Camaleon, it change it´s colors with each season. In summer the pure blue of the Nahuel Huapi take over the scene, in the fall we can see the red wins, for the winter the angelical withe doesn´t let any other stand up, and in Spring we can see a raimbow of flowers, all the colors you can imagine in company of their amazing scents that can make you float.

Although San Carlos de Bariloche is well known for the tourism activity it wasn´t always that way, they use to live from the agriculture until the people started to know this paradise in the mountain.

Bariloche is an active city with an obsessive respect for the environment. It is one of the most important tourist centers in Argentina, visited by nationals and foreigners in equal ammount.
Its economy is based on tourism an the activities that sprang from it, for instance, exquisite chocolate production that is sold all over the world and acts as a city’s distinctive symbol.
Bariloche has become one of the main cities in Patagonia. You can still bread clean air in its streets and the Nahuel Huapi Lake shows its magnificence from every point in town. Walking down the wood’s footpaths still gives the opportunity to be alone with oneself and in harmony with nature, far from the stress and pollution of the big cities daily life.

I you have the oportunity to know this great city, you won´t regreat it and you can be thankfull bringing back some chocolates for me ;)

Parque Nacional Nahuel Huapí

Nahuel Parque Nacional Nahuel Huapí is one of the jewels of Argentina. This is a spectacular area of lakes and rivers carved from ancient glaciers, majestic mountains, inviting valleys, meadows, Valdivian forests and wildflowers. The name comes from the Mapuche language, where nahuel is tigre, or tiger, and huapí is isla, or island. Spread over 2,927 sq mi (7,581 sq km) of Río Negro and Neuquén provinces, the park is an internationally known year-round destination for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts.  In spring, melting snow creates waterfalls by the dozens. In winter, the mountain snows draw skiers, particularly at Cerro Catedral. The glacier at Perito Moreno and iceberg-dotted lakes elicit oohs and ahs.
